The LALIQUE restaurant at Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey awarded a second star in the 2022 MICHELIN Guide

The LALIQUE restaurant at Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey has been awarded a second star in the 2022 MICHELIN Guide for France.

After a first star conferred in 2019, the famous red guide has further recognized the work and talent of Chef Jérôme Schilling, at the helm of the LALIQUE restaurant’s kitchens for the past five years, along with the contribution of his team in the kitchen and the service personnel.

This year’s MICHELIN Guide for France has awarded a second star to six new restaurants. With this accolade, the LALIQUE restaurant joins the highly exclusive club of six two-starred restaurants in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

Jérôme Schilling and his team have been dedicated to their quest for excellence ever since the LALIQUE restaurant opened.

Chef Jérôme Schilling works with his team to create new dishes that are characterized by exceptional flavours, accessibility and an innovative style. His menu is designed around the range of produce provided by a dedicated network of livestock farmers, growers and regional producers, all rigorously selected by the chef, who is always mindful of reducing the LALIQUE restaurant’s carbon footprint wherever possible.
