Next 4 hands dinner: from New Zealand to Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey

Next 4 hands dinner: from New Zealand to Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey

While tasting a dish prepared by Chef Nick Honeyman, Jérôme Schilling discovered a soul that moved him. One thing leading to another, and with culinary discussions in full swing, the two chefs have concocted a four-hands dinner.

Nick is an Australian living in New Zealand and France. His passion for French cuisine led him to Dordogne, where he owns a Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Petit Léon, followed by a second restaurant, as well as Paris Butter in Auckland, New Zealand—in collaboration with another chef—which has just received its first Michelin star.

His cuisine blends French culinary tradition with the innovation inspired by his experiences around the world.

Together, on Friday December 18th, 2026, they will combine modernity, subtlety, and a pursuit of refined flavors.

This six-course dinner with one complimentary glass of champagne per person (excluding other beverages) is suggested for €290.
