La Terrasse de Lafaurie draws inspiration from wine regions around the world for its 2026 menu

Starting May 5th  “La Terrasse de Lafaurie”, our outdoor restaurant located in the square courtyard of the Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey, opens its doors for summertime, at lunch and for dinner, from Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday for lunch, until end of September, in a relaxed atmosphere.

Chef MOF Jérôme Schilling, alongside his trusted cook Romain Schwander, created a menu that celebrates the world’s great wine regions. From Argentina to Italy, from Chile to Spain, via South Africa and Greece, each dish draws its inspiration from a wine-growing destination, blending New World influences with the heritage of the great historic terroirs.  La Terrasse de Lafaurie offers a menu with grilled meat, fish and seasonal vegetables to share, cooked right in front of clients on an authentic brazier cuisine and a kamado barbecue from OFYR brand.

A €39 starter-main course-dessert menu will be available, as well as a choice of à la carte dishes. A selection of around forty wines from €35 a bottle will be available à la carte, as well as wines by the glass.
