During this visit, you discover the history of Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey, the territory of Sauternes, its viticulture and the secret of its sweet wines. We explain the special link that unites our wines to the art of LALIQUE. After the visit of the estate, historical plot l’Enclos, fermentating room, cellars, the Chapel and its exceptional and unique LALIQUE crystal barrel, we invite you to taste three wines of the Château. This tasting moment takes place at the Vinothèque.

For children, a non-alcoholic tasting is offered. Enjoy a first step into the world of tasting thanks to a selection of Alain Millat fruit juices in line with the aromatic characteristics of our wines and vintages. Free for children under 6 years old.

Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey reveals the secrets of its private cellar exclusively to guests staying at the hotel.

The restigious ‘Hidden Treasures’ tour opens the doors to its historic cellar: a unique collection of the finest wines from Bordeaux and all around the world.

The highlight of the tour is the opportunity to admire the hidden treasures of the private collection of the owner, Silvio Denz. This absolute little museum in the historic cellar secretly houses 2,600 references to rare, priceless vintages from the finest terroirs of the world.

This legendary tour ends with a tasting of the estate’s wines in the Petit Salon of the Château, decorated by Lalique, and a gift to each visitor: the Lalique signature candle specially designed for Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey.
