The Lafaurie terrace opens for summertime!

To make the most of the beautiful Sauternes summer sunshine, the LALIQUE Hotel & Restaurant opens a terrace in the Château’s courtyard, called “La Terrasse de Lafaurie”, which offers a delightfully relaxed setting. “La Terrasse de Lafaurie” is open for lunch from May to September 30th, except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The menu is inspired by the world’s vineyards, with influences from both the “new” world (Chile, Argentina, California) and the “old” (Italy, Spain, Greece).

Two world cuisine menus, with an emphasis on grilling over vine cuttings, are prepared by chef Alejandro Moyo, who has been with starred chef Jérôme Schilling for more than seven years. Signature dishes from the two-star restaurant are also offered.

The clients can order the complete menu (starter, dish, dessert) for €42, or starter/dish for €35 or dish/dessert for €27.
