The LALIQUE Hotel & Restaurant – Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey is hosting four-hands dinners to honor some of France’s greatest Michelin-starred chefs. The guest chef will create an exclusive menu alongside Chef Jérôme Schilling, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, to the delight of the gourmet restaurant’s guests.
The two chefs, Paul Stradner and Jérôme Schilling, will come together for a memorable evening featuring dishes inspired by Lalique’s works. Indeed, what could be a more unique way to combine their expertise than the crystal house where they have both thrived for many years?
Chef Paul Stradner heads the two-Michelin-starred restaurant at Villa René Lalique in Alsace, a home still filled with the spirit of its creator, René Lalique.
