Wine Explorers Dinner
Chef Jérôme Schilling has concocted a Wine Explorers dinner to take you on a trip for an evening.
Each course on the 4-course ‘Grain Noble’ Menu will be served with a magnum of European wine.
Jean-Baptiste Ancelot, founder of Wine Explorers, will introduce the different wines served, teamed by our Head Sommelier Logan Guignot-Trufley. With his unique experience, Jean-Baptiste Ancelot has travelled the world to compile a global census of wine-producing countries.
During 4 years, the founders of Wine Explorers visited every wine-producing country to discover confidential terroirs and exceptional winemakers.

The price of the dinner with food and wine pairing is € 390 per person, including menu, wines, water and hot drinks.
