The Restaurant LALIQUE keeps its 3 “chef’s hats”

The Restaurant LALIQUE keeps its 3 “chef’s hats”

The great guide to gastronomy made the list of talents of the year. Release date, trophies, obtaining a chef’s hat, all the elements to discover on the guide.

For 50 years, the Gault&Millau guide has rewarded the restaurants of the year according to a selection of criteria.

For the year 2022, the LALIQUE restaurant at Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey with chef Jérôme Schilling in charge of the kitchens of the starred restaurant retains its 3 chef’s hats and with a score of 16/20.

Gault&Millau is a French gastronomy-oriented media company that is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. It was in the 1970s that Henri Gault and Christian Millau decided to launch the Gault&Millau guide in France with the selection criteria: taste, quality, the creativity of the chefs, and their simplicity.

Years later, the sassy yellow guide with unchanged spirit and method has resonated in many countries.

Trusted third-party appreciated by gourmets, its mission is to support the client in his culinary experience, through numerous events that he organizes each year, printed publication or digital guides, and selections of artisan producers as well as reference and select exceptional products, raw or processed.

A talent scout since 1969, with around twenty licensees around the world, Gault & Millau perpetuates a certain impertinent image of cuisine.
