An exceptionnal 4-Hands dinner!

To celebrate the hotel and restaurant 5 years anniversary, the chef Jérôme Schilling was honoured to host, Sunday July 9th, one of the most renowned French chef: Thierry Marx.

The two chefs friendly met again to prepare an exceptional dinner. Thierry Marx was assisted by Ricardo Silva, his right-hand and cook of the ONOR restaurant.

A menu with the chef Jérôme Schilling, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, was developped including for instance these two dishes from chef Thierry Marx, langoustine, smoked bacon and chard or the roasted turbot, beaten butter, colourful zucchinis and prestigious caviar for the gourmet restaurant guests.
