Committed to passing on culinary expertise, chef Jérôme Schilling wants to share his knowledge and passion for French gastronomy and local products. Discover the culinary techniques of a two-Michelin-stars restaurant with a cooking class taught by Chef Jérôme Schilling, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
Prepare an entire menu with starter, main course, and dessert in the kitchens of the two Michelin-stars restaurant at Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey. Benefit from the chef’s expert advice during this three-hour class, which is limited to four participants.
This service includes:
A welcome with coffee and pastries before the class.
Preparation of three recipes: starter, main course, and dessert.
A glass of Sauternes wine.
Class duration: three hours (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) on Saturday mornings.
The price per person is 285 €.
