Refined dishes to celebrate Easter with the whole family at the Lalique Restaurant**.
To celebrate Easter chef Jérôme Schilling, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has created an original menu that elevates exceptional products for a moment of haute gastronomy. Among the refined dishes on this menu, the Banka trout takes pride of place. From the crystal-clear waters of the Aldudes valley in the Pyrenees, it has firm flesh and a delicate flavour.
Tender, savoury Pauillac lamb then enhances the traditional flavours of Easter, before giving way to a gourmet creation based on Fortunato chocolate for an intense, delicate finish.

The 3-course menu at €165 per person is only available for lunch on Sunday 20th April and Monday 21st April. The 4-course menu including dessert is €220, while the full menu is €260. Drinks are not included in the menu price.
