How about a dinner where the art of food and wine pairing is raised to its peak? Where we don’t open just “a good bottle” but several magnums? An evening where your senses are carried away by an open mind?

We offer you a dinner where each course of the four-course menu, created for the occasion by chef Jérôme Schilling, will be accompanied by a magnum of European wine.

Jean-Baptiste Ancelot, wine explorer and sommelier, will host this dinner alongside our sommelier Logan Guignot-Trufley, explaining each magnum for a tasting experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Traveling the globe in search of culinary gems, terroirs, and encounters, this connoisseur loves to share his discoveries with great authenticity.

 

The selection of magnums for this dinner is as follows:

  • Acústic Blanc 2022, from the Acùstic estate, (Albert Jane) – DO Montsant (Spain)
  • Lindi Carien 2023, from the Lourens Family Wines estate – Western Cape (South Africa)
  • Malbec Clasico 2022, from the Altos las Hormigas estate – Lujan de Cuyo (Argentina)
  • The Dead Arm 2018, from the D’Arenberg estate – Mc Laren Vale (Australia)
  • Quinta de la Rosa – Tawny Port / Douro (Portugal)

 

The price of the dinner with food and wine pairings is €295 per person, including the menu, wines, water, and hot drinks.

For every table booked, enjoy a room at the exceptional rate of €199.

To satisfy your appetite for curiosity, a tour of our vineyard is offered at 6 p.m. Please meet directly at the shop (no tasting).
