Starter, main course and dessert menu for €59
The Lalique restaurant, awarded two Michelin stars, will be offering a new lunch-only menu from Thursday to Monday (except Saturdays) starting on November 6th: a full menu with starter, main course and dessert for €59. Chef Jérôme Schilling will also create a range of à la carte dishes for more choice.

Chef Jérôme Schilling will showcase French gastronomy classic dishes, drawing on the technical skills he acquired to earn the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France. He and his team will be working together to create a new, unique menu each week.
The culinarian of the vine, Jérôme Schilling, named this menu ‘Promenade sauternaise’ in memory of his walks through the rolling hills of Sauternes vineyards. An exceptional menu offering the chance to discover double Michelin-starred cuisine in the refined setting of the Lalique restaurant.
